1.1 These are the terms and conditions on which we supply vehicles ordered on our website.
1.2 Please read these terms carefully before you submit your special order to us.
2. USING OUR WEBSITE TO ORDER A VEHICLE
2.1 You can use our website to select, configure (if applicable) and order a vehicle.
2.2 When you order a vehicle through the website, you will only be able to pay for your order fee through the payment portal provided.
2.3 You cannot use the online portal to purchase vehicles for direct export to a country outside of the State of Qatar. Orders are only for citizens and residents of the State of Qatar. Orders from outside the country will not be accepted.
2.4 Only the individual named in the order has any rights under this contract. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
2.5 We do not accept the order of any vehicle, requested from parties either, not holding a valid Qatar ID or under the age of 18 years old.
2.6 We as Al Waha for cars will inform you when your vehicle arrives. Once the payment and registration process are completed, it will be available to collect from our Delivery Centre.
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
3.1 When you order a vehicle through the website, you will be provided with information about the price of your vehicle. If, through the course of ordering your vehicle, you add certain optional features to your selected vehicle, the price of such optional features will be added to the vehicle price.
3.2 Please note we can only receive payment Directly from the individual whom is registering the car and has the initial order. Any payments from third parties will be automatically rejected and will result in cancellation of order. If you do not have a credit card, you will need to contact us by email to arrange Bank transfer.
3.3 You may pay the balance for your vehicle by Bank Transfer or through a finance arrangement, actual cash payment is limited to a maximum of QAR 49,000.00 per purchase.
3.4 Cleared funds must show in our Bank Account before sales procedures will start.
3.5 You are required to make full payment within 5 working days of email notification, that your vehicle has arrived.
3.6 Pay the balance through a finance arrangement through a third party and you must comply with all applicable pre-collection terms of the finance agreement.
4. HOW WE WILL USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
4.1 We will collect personal information from you for the provision of this contract. Such personal information will not be shared with third parties. This information will be stored for 10 years from when you collect the vehicle.

4.4 If we must contact you, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address you provided to us in your order.
4.5 When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes emails.
5. OUR VEHICLES
5.1 Although we have made every effort to display the sizes and colors of our vehicles, accessories, and trim accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device will display the sizes or colors accurately to reflect the actual size or color of the vehicles.
6. ORDER PROCESS AND OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU AND FINANCE AGREEMENTS 6.1 We will provide you with information and documentation about your order by email. Please complete the documentation provided to you in accordance with the timescales, instructions, and guidance provided by us. Failure to do so will prevent us from further processing your order and cause delays.
6.2 We will acknowledge your special-order submission by email. You will receive, shortly after your request by email your unique special order number.
6.3 We will provide you with information and documentation about your order by email. Please complete the requirements on time to avoid any delays.
6.4 If you enter a finance arrangement the finance will be provided under the terms of a separate finance agreement between you and your chosen finance provider.
6.5 If we are unable to accept your order for any reason, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the vehicle.
6.6 The offered vehicle price includes the delivery at our Mawater Delivery Centre, you may nominate your vehicle to be delivered to your home or place of work for an additional fee, subject to terms and conditions. You may request delivery service in writing by going to the “Contact Us” section on our website and quoting your unique order number.
7. MAKING CHANGES TO VEHICLES
7.1 We may change the vehicle to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements, for example, to address a safety defect. These changes will not affect your use of the vehicle.
7.2 Once you submit the special-order request, the selected specification is confirmed and cannot be modified or changed.
8. ORDER FEE AND DEPOSIT
8.1 The online special order fee will be vehicle/model dependant and Al Waha reserves the right to set or change the amount at its sole discretion. If you place a special order for a vehicle through the website, you must pay:
8.2 A non - non-refundable deposit, will be required through the payment portal and will automatically expire after 48 hours, should cleared funds not be received.
8.3 You may re-apply a new special order, but the same terms and conditions apply. Should multiple requests be made and expire, we reserve the right to reject anyone, that is deemed by the company to be “misusing” the system.
8.4 You may only reserve one vehicle in your name through the portal, any additional vehicles required will need to be requested directly through either of our Jetour Retail Showrooms, personally.
9. PROVIDING THE VEHICLE
9.1 Any suggested arrival dates for your special order request, are not a commitment, as to any vehicle handover date. All indications of arrival dates are subject to change and amendment at any time. Should any conditions occur outside of our control we will advise you. We will take all possible steps to minimize any delay and are not liable for any claims against us for any delay.
9.2 We will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time for the collection of your vehicle. You will need to bring your Qatari ID with you for identification. If you wish to nominate another person to collect on your behalf, you will need to complete a non-objection letter to authorize the nominated individual for your collection.
9.3 If you do not collect the vehicle as arranged, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you storage costs of QAR 50.00 per day. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange collection we may end the contract.
9.4 We may need certain information from you so that we can supply the vehicle to you. We will ask you for this information. We will not be responsible for supplying the vehicle late if this is caused by you not giving us the information, we need within a reasonable time of us asking for it.
10. DELIVERY DELAYS
We may have to delay the delivery of your vehicle if we have to: 10.1 Deal with technical problems or make minor technical changes,
10.2 Update the vehicle to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements,
10.3 Make changes to the vehicle as requested by you or notified by us to you.
11. OUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT
We may end the contract for a vehicle at any time by writing to you if:
11.1 You do not make any payment to us when it is due, and you still do not make payment within 5 days of us reminding you that payment is due.
12. YOUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT
12.1 Your rights when you end the contract will depend on whether there is anything wrong with the vehicle, or whether we have done anything wrong when you decide to end the contract. We will review on a case-by-case basis.
13. DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE
13.1 In the unlikely event of your special-order vehicle arriving with minor cosmetic damage, you will be informed at the earliest opportunity.
13.2 The ordered vehicle is a special order and therefore assigned to you, so there will not be an alternative replacement offered in the event of minor damage, you will have the following options to select:
1. Cancel your order and receive a full refund of your advance payment.
2. Have the vehicle rectified by our aftersales team and accept the repaired vehicle.
3. Accept a compensation payment, to equal the repair costs.
14.OUR GOODWILL GUARANTEE
14.1 The vehicles we sell to you, come with a manufacturer's guarantee. For details of the applicable terms and conditions, please refer to the manufacturer's guarantee provided on our website.
Our manufacturer's guarantee is in addition to and does not affect, your legal rights and remedies concerning vehicles that are faulty or not as described.
